Unclear why people would give info unless the message got through to the company (aka, even if they didn’t subscribe) or if this info were not available to their friends and other people.
Need to clearly differentiate from Yelp and raise barriers to entry.
Good focus on the on-location feedback activity, giving consumers a voice.
The company name implies complaints, but should empower compliments as well. Please consider changing the name.
